The location proved very convenient for accessing various points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate for my needs. I found the experience beneficial.

A FABULOUS Stay!

welcome addition short walk

The staff offered a glass of juice upon arrival, a nice touch after traveling. My room had cosy dressing gowns and slippers, very welcome additions. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was very good quality. I appreciated the short walk to Covent Garden and shows.

The hotel desk tried to add some non-existent charges during check-out. The issue received immediate attention, resolving it before my departure. It caused a little delay, however.

Rooms were very very comfy and tidy, assuring relaxation. The climate control system in my room was up-to-date and stylish. I could control everything with ease. This was a HUGE plus.
