The location proved very convenient for accessing various points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate for my needs. I found the experience beneficial.
The gym had limited equipment. Housekeeping missed a few spots during cleaning. The breakfast service was slow on one morning of my stay. I was forced to wait a bit.

A FABULOUS Stay!
welcome addition short walk
The staff offered a glass of juice upon arrival, a nice touch after traveling. My room had cosy dressing gowns and slippers, very welcome additions. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was very good quality. I appreciated the short walk to Covent Garden and shows.
The hotel desk tried to add some non-existent charges during check-out. The issue received immediate attention, resolving it before my departure. It caused a little delay, however.

The hotel is in a quiet area in Covent Garden. It is a short distance to MANY attractions. Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations are also within easy walking distance.

Rooms were very very comfy and tidy, assuring relaxation. The climate control system in my room was up-to-date and stylish. I could control everything with ease. This was a HUGE plus.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful when questions arose. One staff member provided really good service with great recommendations. This person had patience answering many questions, demonstrating dedication to guest satisfaction. I appreciated this.

The air conditioning system was awful. It was noisy and freezing in our room. I was told it had to stay on for health and safety reasons. I woke up the next day feeling really ill (my throat was killing me).
